Easy Install Shaft System

AP-marine has developed a new oil-bath propeller shaft system that incorporates high-quality Maritex plastic bearings, which ensure that the propeller shaft has less friction and less maintenance on your propeller shaft installation. The EISS system ensures rapid installation and has a closed oil bath system which is filled with high-quality organic oil.

The EISS propeller shaft system is easy to install in a steel or aluminum jacket. The system can be supplied in water-oil or grease lubricated. The inner tube can be supplied in GRP composite, aluminum, bronze or stainless steel, and is available for screw shaft thicknesses from 25 to 80 mm.
